Our Memory Care services are all tailored to you and your preferences. This personalized approach ensures we respect your independence while giving you all of the help and support you need. The care you receive is dynamic; as your needs change, your level of care will change as well.
Every Memory Care resident has 24/7 access to our specially-trained staff members. We are always available when you need us.
Determining Your Needs
Before joining our Memory Care community, one of our nurses will meet with you and your family to discuss what kind of support you need. The types of support we offer most often include helping residents to:
- Eat
- Dress
- Wash
- Use the restroom
- Get around
- Manage medication

Our Staff Receive Specialized Training
As a Tealwood Senior Living community, Whitefish at the Lakes offers the Enriching Connections training program to all staff members. This unique education provides our team with the essential skills they need to help each resident feel safe, secure, and as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to empower our Memory Care residents to live as independently as they can while making sure they have access to help without sacrificing their dignity or privacy.

Whether you like to stay active with friends or prefer to spend quiet time alone, Whitefish at the Lakes offers a perfectly serene environment to do what you love. Our community provides every Memory Care resident with their own private studio apartment.
Services for memory care residents include:
- 3 chef-prepared meals a day plus snacks
- Housekeeping, personal laundry & linen services
- Health monitoring & promotion by nursing staff
- Individualized social & recreational programs
- All utilities (except telephone) including basic satellite package
- Assistance to and from meals & activities
- Regularly scheduled care conference
- Rooms that include non-slip floors, heat lamps with timers, and other subtle design features for wayfinding, safety, and independence
